The Service Bartender is responsible for all aspects of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverage sales and service at bar outlets throughout the casino. Ensure consistent quality of products. Prepare and serve beverages with a sense of quality and flair to enhance the guest experience at Live! Casino and Hotel.

Responsibilities

Where You'll Make an Impact:

• Set up bars and handle all cash transactions.
• Manage opening and closing inventories.
• Take and serve guest and server orders accurately and promptly.
• Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the bar area.
• Monitor supply levels and restock as needed.
• Supervise bar back staff.
• Know guest limitations and adhere to company policies regarding alcohol service.
• Ensure guests have a positive gaming experience.
• Maintain appearance standards.
• Have knowledge of alcoholic beverages and bar equipment, and comply with sanitation and health regulations.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
