Wild Rose Casino & Hotel in Jefferson is seeking a full-time Bartender in the Food & Beverage department to deliver superior guest service and uphold brand standards.

You will work under the leadership of the Director of Food & Beverage, with responsibilities including knowledge of drink recipes, compliance with liquor laws, maintaining a clean workstation, and assisting with inventory and restocking while earning hourly pay plus tips.

Formación

• Knowledge of drink recipes.
• Understanding of liquor service laws and policies.
• Maintain a clean and organized workstation at all times.
• Inventory bar supplies and restock as needed.
• Stock beer, wine and liquor to meet demand.

Responsabilidades

• Fully knowledgeable of drink recipes.
• Knowledge of liquor service laws and use the approach policy to guide the sale of alcohol to guests.
• Keep workstation clean at all times.
• Perform side work duties and restock as needed Inventory bar supplies.
• Stocking beer, wine, and liquor.
• Other duties as assigned
