Wild Rose Casino and Resort in Emmetsburg, IA is seeking a Banquet Bartender to serve drinks in accordance with alcohol laws, follow recipes, collect payments, and deliver high-quality guest service.

This part-time role involves setting up and tearing down banquet bars, rotating tasks with events, and working within the Wild Rose culture as a brand ambassador. Salary starts at $10.00 per hour plus tips, with location- and status-dependent benefits.

Responsibilities

• Read and understand all particulars of a Banquet Event Order including start time and beverage requirements
• Ability to set up and tear down Banquet bar
• Collect all necessary equipment, beverages and etc to set up designated area
• Knowledgeable of drink recipes
• Other duties as assigned

Job description

Position Summary: The Banquet Bartender is responsible for serving alcohol in compliance with alcohol laws and regulations. Specific duties include serving drinks according to established recipes, collecting money from guests, maintaining a clean and safe bar work area and providing a high level of customer service.

In addition to the below key duties and responsibilities, all Wild Rose team members are ambassadors of the Wild Rose brand and culture.
