Compensation and Benefits: $12.00/hr plus tips! Insurance Benefits, 401k & PTO available at 90 days. Daily Pay available, free parking, employee shift meals, and discount travel available!

This role will primarily be as a Bartender but will also include Server shifts in the restaurant.

Responsibilities:

• Greet guests and respond to inquiries and requests promptly and courteously.
• Mix and garnish beverages according to recipes and portion control standards.
• Serve beverages and/or food to guests.
• Check IDs and serve alcoholic beverages in compliance with laws and regulations.
• Process payments accurately using the point-of-sale system, handle cash, credit/debit cards, and vouchers.
• Stock and maintain the bar including beer, wine, spirits, and supplies.
• Ensure quality and safety of beverage-related perishables.
• Respond professionally to inebriated guests as needed.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous bartending experience required; guest service experience preferred.
• Must have TIPS certification.
