Job summary

South Suburban Parks and Recreation is hiring a Bartender/Server to provide guests with exceptional food and beverage service. You will guide guests through menus, suggest upgrades, and ensure a welcoming, efficient experience.

No experience is required, but hospitality background is preferred. Must be punctual, able to stand for long periods, and comfortable handling money and POS transactions.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication skills and professional demeanor.
• Team player with a can-do attitude to deliver guest satisfaction.
• Previous customer service experience preferred; not required.
• Bartending and/or server experience strongly preferred.
• Working knowledge of beer, wine, liquor, and common drink recipes.

Responsibilities

• Provide guests with food and beverages with attentive, gracious service.
• Guide guests through menus and recommend upgrades.
• Arrive on time, stand for extended periods, and follow directions.
