Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Bartending certification preferred.
• Alcohol awareness certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Set up bar with appropriate liquor, juices, garnishes, and mixers.
• Keep bar, glassware and equipment clean and sanitized.
• Verify guests are of legal drinking age.
• Prepare and serve drinks per bar standards and guest preferences.
• Present checks and process payments.
• Engage with guests to ensure satisfaction.
• Monitor for overconsumption and take appropriate action.
• Lock up and secure beverages and cash after shifts.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
