Little Gem Cafe in Atlanta is seeking an experienced Bartender/Server/Cashier to join our fast-paced, community-focused team. You will greet guests, mix cocktails, and handle beverage service with accuracy and warmth.

This role requires at least 3 years of relevant experience, strong knowledge of cocktails, wines, beers, and spirits, excellent customer service and communication, and flexibility to work weekdays, evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of bartending and/or serving experience.
• Strong knowledge of cocktails, wines, beers, and spirits.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Greet and serve customers in a friendly and efficient manner.
• Prepare and serve a variety of cocktails and beverages, showcasing expertise in spirits and fresh cuisine.
• Operate the POS system accurately for order processing and payment transactions.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar and serving areas, adhering to food safety standards.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service and address customer needs effectively.
• Manage inventory and assist in ordering supplies as needed.
