$10.00/hr - $10.00/hr

We are looking for an amazing BARTENDER/SERVER who seeks a place to be themselves, become part of something bigger, and deliver LEGENDARY Hospitality, GREAT Times, and Lasting MEMORIES.

You are a master of your craft, operate with urgency, a smile, humility, and drive, and aim to create a team-oriented environment where guests feel VIP and memorable experiences are delivered.

The Work

The Bartender/SERVER creates authentic guest experiences through attention to detail, anticipation of needs, and impeccable service, including:

• Expert knowledge of menus and cocktail recipes
• Assembling and serving multiple orders quickly and accurately
• Assessing guest experience and proactively addressing needs
• Knowledge of VIP Loyalty and Selling programs
• Accurate POS transactions
• Sanitizing and maintaining the bar area
• Stocking and maintenance duties
• Monitoring guest behavior and following alcohol awareness procedures
• Supporting barback and bus responsibilities
• Performing additional duties as needed

The Requirements

• At least 2 years of bartending and serving in a high-volume environment
• Team-oriented attitude aligned with our Mission and Vision
• Positive, patient, and passionate about hospitality
• Respect for quality and technique in food and beverage
• Experience with craft cocktails, beers
• Ability to manage costs and work efficiently in a fast-paced setting
• Physical ability to stand, move quickly, and lift up to 50 pounds
• Ability to work in hot/cold conditions
• Age 21 or older
• Ability to obtain necessary licenses or certifications
