• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to recipes.
• Maintain bar area cleanliness and organization, ensuring food safety regulations.
• Engage with customers to provide recommendations and answer drink questions.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth service during busy periods.
• Handle cash register transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Monitor inventory levels and assist in ordering bar supplies.
• Uphold high standards of customer service and welcoming atmosphere.
• Stay updated on industry trends and new cocktail recipes.

Looking for energetic and dependable individuals to add to our team. A great attitude and being team oriented are a must! We are a new premier fondue restaurant located in New Haven, CT. Our mission is to provide the Perfect Night Out for our guests and a positive work environment for our team members. We are looking for both full- and part-time bartender/server positions. Must have a passion for providing exceptional food and beverages in a fun, polished casual restaurant.

Bartenders/servers will create memorable guest experiences by making great food and beverage recommendations and serving delicious food. You will be a member of a cohesive team that supports each other’s success in a fast-paced environment

• Collaborate with kitchen staff and other team members to ensure smooth service during busy periods.
