Job summary

Troon, featuring Bucknell Golf Club in Lewisburg, PA, is seeking a part-time Bartender/Server for a seasonal role lasting up to 6 months. You will deliver attentive beverage service, maintain bar standards, and ensure compliance with liquor laws while contributing to a high-energy hospitality team.

Starting pay is $7.25 per hour plus tips, with opportunities to contribute to guest experiences and grow within a global golf and hospitality organization.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of bartending experience preferred.
• Must be of legal age to serve liquor according to state law.
• Working knowledge of beer, wine and liquor and common drink recipes.
• Must have strong customer/guest orientation.
• Organized, able to work well in fast paced environment.
• Must have strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Must be dependable.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a professional appearance at all times.
• Maintains a supply of all bar products/supplies, including all glassware, expendable paper and other supplies.
• Maintains the sanitation and cleanliness of the bar area(s), glassware and equipment.
• Assures that all laws applicable to food and beverage operations are consistently followed.
• Provides food and beverage service to guests.
• Prepares and serves food as needed.
• Collects payment for food and drinks served.
• Greets and provides immediate attention to guests.
• Learn the names of regulars and personally recognize them.
• Monitor guest experience and take appropriate action to assure the best customer service.
• Inspects the bar prior to opening to ensure adequate supplies and inventory are available.
• Prepares garnishes, mixes and pre-mixed drinks.

Bucknell Golf Club, located in Lewisburg, PA, is pleased to announce an excellent career opportunity for a part-time Bartender/Server! We are seeking a driven individual who is eager to learn, contribute, and grow within a fast-paced hospitality-focused property organization. As part of Troon, you will contribute to a global leader in golf and community management.

Role Type:
Seasonal (Position will last 6 months or less)

Compensation:

$7.25 per hour plus tips and gratuity

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain a professional appearance at all times
• Maintains a supply of all bar products/supplies, including all glassware, expendable paper and other supplies
• Maintains the sanitation and cleanliness of the bar area(s), glassware and equipment
