The Brass Tap Inc. in Gilbert, AZ is seeking a customer-focused team member to greet guests, take orders, and craft beer, wine, and cocktails to recipe standards. Candidates should be comfortable handling payments and maintaining clean bar areas.

Experience with beer knowledge, POS systems, and multitasking in a fast-paced environment is preferred. Availability on weekends and holidays is required for this role, which offers flexible part-time or full-time scheduling and opportunities for growth.

Formación

• Minimum age 21 or older, based on applicable state & local requirements.
• Available to work weekend and holiday shifts.
• Ability to balance and carry multiple food and beverage items.
• Able to competently operate the POS and beverage equipment.
• Continuous standing, bending, and lifting up to 25 pounds.

• Be beer and menu knowledgeable to suggest beers and describe menu items.
• Prepare beer, wine, and cocktails to recipe procedures.

• Follow safety and sanitation procedures.
• Keep bar station and service areas clean and organized.
• Complete duties without constant supervision.
