Beef 'O' Brady's Panama City Beach is seeking superstars who live to create amazing guest experiences in a friendly, fast-paced environment. If you are friendly, upbeat, and passionate about guest service, you'll love joining our team. We are hiring full-time and part-time bartenders and servers.

You will greet guests, take orders, craft cocktails, and ensure a delicious dining experience. We offer a fun team culture, flexible schedules, meal perks, paid training, and career growth

Formación

• Minimum age 21+ depending on state/local rules.
• Weekend and holiday shifts available.
• Able to balance and carry multiple food and beverage items.
• Operate the POS and beverage equipment competently.
• Stand, bend, and lift up to 25 pounds.
• Reliable transportation and punctuality.

Responsabilidades

• Greet and welcome guests to Beef's.
• Follow steps of service for taking and serving orders.
• Be menu knowledgeable to answer guest questions.
• Prepare beer, wine, and cocktails to Beef's recipes.
• Present guest check and take payment.
• Follow food safety and sanitation procedures.
• Keep bar station and service areas clean and organized.
• Complete duties without constant supervision.

Requirements

• Minimum age 21 or older, based on applicable state & local requirements
• Available to work weekend and holiday shifts
• Ability to balance and carry multiple food and beverage items
• Able to competently operate the POS and beverage equipment
• Continuous standing, bending, and lifting up to 25 pounds
• Reliable transportation and able to arrive to work on time.

Compensation: $9.98 per hour
