Beef 'O' Brady's Panama City Beach is hiring bartenders to greet guests, mix cocktails, and serve beverages in a fast-paced, fun environment. Flexible part-time or full-time shifts available; some shifts require occasional serving duties. Must be 18+ and able to operate the POS system.

Join a team with a focus on guest experiences, meal perks, and a lively atmosphere. Weekend and holiday availability is preferred as part of the engagement.

Now hiring Part-Time positions for a few shifts a week. Must be willing to be a server sometimes also.

Our bartenders are responsible for greeting guests, taking orders, making cocktails, and serving Beef's delicious food and beverages! Positive attitudes and teamwork are a must at Beef's.

Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome guests to Beef's
• Follow Beef's steps of service for taking and serving orders
• Be menu knowledgeable to answer guest questions
• Prepare beer, wine, and cocktails to Beef's recipes
• Present guest check and take payment
• Follow food safety and sanitation procedures
• Keep bar station and service areas clean and organized
• Complete duties without constant supervision

Requirements

• Minimum age 18 or older, based on applicable state & local requirements
• Available to work weekend and holiday shifts
• Ability to balance and carry multiple food and beverage items
• Able to competently operate the POS and beverage equipment
• Continuous standing, bending, and lifting up to 25 pounds

Compensation: $10.98 per week
