Compensation

Responsibilities

• Provide guests with food and beverages, offering attentive, gracious, and friendly service.
• Guide guests through menus and recommend upgrades.
• Arrive on time, stand for extended periods, and follow directions.
• No experience required, but food & beverage or hospitality experience is preferred.

Ideal Candidate

• Possess a professional and welcoming demeanor with excellent communication skills.
• Be a team player with a positive attitude to ensure guest satisfaction.
• Preferably have previous customer service experience.
• Experience in bartending and/or serving is strongly preferred.
• Knowledge of beer, wine, liquor, and drink recipes.
• Basic math skills, ability to handle money, and operate a point-of-sale system.
• Understanding of beverage and food handling policies.
• Alcohol certification (TIPS) is a plus.
• Flexible to work various shifts.
