Job summary

Little Creek Casino Resort in Shelton seeks an enthusiastic Bartender to join our bar team, crafting cocktails with skill and precision while delivering outstanding guest service. You’ll maintain a clean, organized bar and help stock supplies to support a high-energy environment.

The selected candidate will start training in October, with the Arcade project opening mid-November, and will be part of a team that values hospitality, diversity, and exceptional guest experiences across all outlets.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Bartender training and/or previous bartender experience.
• OR an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Must pass a pre-employment background check.
• Current Class 12 Mixologist Permit.
• Current Washington State Food Worker Card.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic beverages, including wines, cocktails, and specialty drinks, adhering to established recipes and standards.
• Ensure guests have a safe and enjoyable experience by accurately mixing and serving drinks.
• Maintain a clean and organized bar area, restocking supplies as necessary.
• Stay informed about events on the property and share relevant information with bar guests.
• Show sensitivity and respect for Native American culture in all interactions.

As a key member of our bar team, you'll ensure our guests enjoy a memorable experience, mixing drinks and cocktails with skill and precision. In addition to your bartending duties, you'll maintain a clean, organized bar, and assist in keeping supplies stocked to meet the needs of our high‑energy environment.
