Job summary

Little Creek is seeking a friendly and skilled Bartender to join our bar team in Shelton, WA. You will craft cocktails and beverages with precision, provide outstanding guest service, and maintain a clean, well-stocked bar to support a high-energy environment.

Position supports opening the Arcade (mid-November) with training starting in October. Must pass a pre-employment background check and hold the required permits, including a Class 12 Mixologist Permit and a Washington State Food Worker

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• Bartender Training and/or Previous Bartender Experience.
• OR equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Must pass a pre-employment background check.
• Current Class 12 Mixologist Permit.
• Current Washington State Food Worker Card.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic beverages, including wines, cocktails, and specialty drinks, adhering to established recipes and standards.
• Ensure guests have a safe and enjoyable experience by accurately mixing and serving drinks.
• Maintain a clean and organized bar area, restocking supplies as necessary.
• Stay informed about events on the property and share relevant information with bar guests.
• Show sensitivity and respect for Native American culture in all interactions.

This position will be located in the new Arcade, which is currently estimated to open in mid-November. The selected team member is expected to begin in October for training.

As a key member of our bar team, you'll ensure our guests enjoy a memorable experience, mixing drinks and cocktails with skill and precision. In addition to your bartending duties, you'll maintain a clean, organized bar, and assist in keeping supplies stocked to meet the needs of our high-energy environment.
