Overview

The Bartender is responsible for setting up the bar area, mixing drinks for guests and servers, maintaining cleanliness, and ensuring guest satisfaction and inventory control.

Responsibilities

• Process guest checks, handle cash, credit cards, and room charges.
• Perform opening and closing duties to ensure prompt service.
• Prepare beverages and cocktails according to standards.
• Serve guests in a friendly, professional manner.
• Keep lounge areas clean and organized.
• Operate the computer system efficiently.
• Manage cashiering functions and check closing.
• Follow all liquor laws and safety procedures.
• Assist in maintaining beverage costs and stock levels.
