Located in Downtown LA’s cultural corridor, Conrad Los Angeles is the city’s newest luxury destination, featuring over 300 rooms, a world-class spa, a 16,000-square-foot rooftop pool deck, 12,000 square feet of event space, and three dining experiences—including our signature restaurant, San Laurel. This includes a signature restaurant, outdoor restaurant, lobby bar, and in-room dining in partnership with Chef Jose Andres' award-winning restaurant group, JoseAndresFoodGroup.

As a Bartender, you will prepare and serve beverages and/or food to guests, ensuring outstanding guest service.

The ideal candidate will have at least two years of bartending experience in a high-end or luxury cocktail bar. Mixologist experience and FORBES training are preferred. Basic knowledge of food and beverage preparation, alcohol service, and cash handling skills are required. Must be able to communicate effectively in English, lift 40 lbs, work standing for long periods, and work flexible hours including weekends and holidays. Certification in Responsible Beverage Service (RBS) and California Food Handler Card is required within 30 days of hire.

Key responsibilities include:

1. Maintaining proper bar setup and stock levels.
2. Preparing garnishes and perishables daily.
3. Greeting guests, promoting, and documenting drink orders.
4. Inputting orders into the POS system and handling cash transactions.
5. Securing beverage, food, and equipment items, and managing cash drops.
