Located in Downtown LA’s cultural corridor, Conrad Los Angeles is a luxury destination with over 300 rooms, a spa, a rooftop pool deck, event spaces, and three dining experiences, including San Laurel, an outdoor restaurant, lobby bar, and in-room dining, all in partnership with Chef José Andrés' award-winning restaurant group.

Role Overview: As a Bartender, you will prepare and serve beverages to guests, ensuring exceptional service.

Qualifications: Minimum two years of bartending experience in a high-end or luxury setting. Mixologist experience and Forbes training preferred. Basic knowledge of food and beverage service, math skills for cash handling, and English proficiency are required. Ability to lift 40 lbs, work standing for long periods, and work flexible hours including weekends and holidays. Must obtain RBS and Food Handler Card within 30 days.

Responsibilities include:

1. Maintaining bar setup and stock levels.
2. Preparing garnishes, juices, and perishables.
3. Greeting guests, promoting drinks, and verifying IDs.
4. Processing orders and transactions accurately.
5. Handling cash and securing inventory.
