Job Location: Saddle Creek Golf Club - Lewisburg, TN 37091. Established in 2000 and based in Atlanta, Georgia, Bobby Jones Links is a club management and development company serving private, resort, daily fee, and public courses. Located just forty‑five minutes south of Nashville, Tennessee, and managed by Bobby Jones Links, Saddle Creek Golf Club plays a challenging 6,700 yards from the championship tees. The front nine forces accurate tee shots through beautiful tree‑lined fairways. Lakes and streams come into play on seven of the nine holes surrounding some of Tennessee’s truest bent grass greens. The back nine features a "links" style course with plenty of water, bunkers, and unusual lies if you miss the fairway. Wind almost always plays a factor. Saddle Creek Golf Club is also proud to be recognized as a participant in the Audubon Cooperative Sanctuary Program.

Responsibilities

• Inspects the bar prior to opening to ensure that adequate supplies are available.
• Ensures that fruit and other garnishes are prepared.
• Prepares and serves liquor, mixed drinks, wine, beer, and nonalcoholic drinks as ordered.
• Reports complaints to a manager as soon as they occur.
• Maintains and cleans bar area and equipment.
• Maintains daily inventory and records.
• Checks identification to ensure customers are the legal age to purchase alcohol.
• Assists food servers and hostesses as needed.

Qualifications

• Must be of legal age to serve alcoholic beverages (may vary by state).
• Must have all certifications and licenses as required by local Health Department and Alcoholic Beverage Commission statutes.
• Ability to enforce company policies and laws and regulations regarding consumption of alcohol.
