Tc4 & Co. Hospitality is seeking an enthusiastic bartender to deliver an exceptional guest drinking experience at our Austin-area locations. You will craft classic and innovative drinks to meet guests’ expectations and ensure a memorable visit.

Qualifications

• Resume and proven working experience as a bartender.
• Computer literacy is required.
• Knowledge of a second language is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Prepare alcohol or non-alcohol beverages for bar and restaurant patrons.
• Interact with guests, take orders and serve snacks and drinks.
• Assess guests’ needs and preferences and make recommendations.
• Check guests’ identification and confirm it meets legal drinking age.
• Restock and replenish bar inventory and supplies.
• Stay guest focused and nurture an excellent guest experience.
• Comply with all food and beverage regulations.
