Position: Bartender

As a Bartender at Traditions Hospitality Group in our high-volume establishment, you'll craft and serve a variety of beverages while providing exceptional guest service. Your skills, friendly demeanor, and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment will enhance our guests' experience.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve a wide range of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages accurately and efficiently.
• Provide attentive, personalized service, take orders, and recommend drinks.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including utensils and equipment.
• Handle transactions accurately following established procedures.
• Monitor and restock inventory as needed during shifts.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth service and guest satisfaction.
• Follow all safety and sanitation guidelines to maintain a safe working environment.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Ability to obtain an ABLE Liquor License and a Gaming License.
• Flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Previous high-volume bartending experience preferred.
• Strong knowledge of beverages including cocktails, beer, and wine.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
• Must wear a uniform and be able to work in a smoky environment.

Working Conditions

• Stand for extended periods in a high-volume setting.
• Lift and carry moderate to heavy objects.
• Work in a noisy, smoky environment.
