JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Ensuresthe barissetup withappropriate levels ofliquor,juices,crushes,additives,soda,
  • Ensures that the bar, glasses and cutlery is clean andsanitized
  • Ensures guests are of legal age to consumealcohol
  • Prepares drink orders according to bar standards and guestpreferences
  • Presents bar bill and takespayment
  • Ensures guests are engaged andsatisfied
  • Monitors guests for overconsumption of alcohol and takes steps asnecessary
  • Locks up and store all beverages, food and other equipment items, deposits cash drops and secures bank.
  • Other duties asassignedby management

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

  • High School Diploma/GED
  • Safe Serving certification required

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES

  • Knowledge of alcohol serving practices andstandards
