Key Responsibilities:Drink Preparation: Mix and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes or customer preferences.Customer Service: Greet customers in a friendly and welcoming manner. Take drink orders and engage with customers to ensure their satisfaction.Stock Management: Ensure the bar is well-stocked with supplies. Monitor inventory levels and inform barbacks when supplies need to be replenished.Cleanliness: Maintain a clean and organized bar area.Safety and Compliance: Check identification to verify legal drinking age. Adhere to all local and state regulations regarding alcohol service and ensure responsible alcohol consumption.Customer Interaction: Provide recommendations on drink choices, engage in light conversation, and handle any customer complaints or concerns politely and professionally.Bar Setup & Breakdown: Set up bar before opening hours, ensuring all supplies and equipment are ready for service.
