Job Duties and Responsibilities

1. Collect all necessary equipment, beverages, etc., to set up the designated area.
2. Polish all glassware and prepare needed bar condiments.
3. Ensure guests are of legal age to consume alcohol.
4. Prepare drink orders according to bar standards and guest preferences.
5. Engage with guests to ensure satisfaction.
6. Monitor guests for overconsumption of alcohol and take appropriate steps.
7. Retrieve and store bar glassware properly.
8. Communicate any challenges or guest complaints to management.
9. Perform other duties as assigned by management.
