Function (Scope and Main Purpose of Job)

Responsible and accountable for all aspects of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverage sales. Ensure consistent quality of products. Prepares beverages with a sense of quality and flare to enhance the guest experience at Pittsburgh Live! Casino.

Specific Responsibilities and Duties

Job Requirements (Skills, Knowledge, and Abilities)

• Ability to serve high volumes of customers efficiently.
• Basic reading, writing, and comprehension skills.
• Knowledge of bar equipment, Easy Bar System, and applicable laws.
• Handle situations involving intoxicated guests appropriately.
• Effective communication with team members and other departments.
• Knowledge of sanitation and health regulations for alcohol service.
• Capable of working under pressure in a dynamic environment.
• Minimum 1 year of beverage service experience.
• Ability to obtain and maintain necessary gaming licenses as per Pennsylvania regulations.

Educational Requirements

• High school diploma or GED equivalent.

Physical Requirements

• Stand for long periods without sitting or leaning.
• Lift, carry, push, or pull objects weighing up to 50 pounds occasionally and 30 pounds frequently.
• Perform tasks involving climbing, bending, stretching, twisting, or reaching, and work in variable temperatures and noise levels.

Working Conditions
