We are seeking a professional and personable Part‑Time Bartender to join our dynamic hospitality team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for delivering exceptional customer service, possess strong multitasking skills, and have experience in fast‑paced food and beverage environments. Candidates with a background in food safety, retail math, simple food preparation and delivery, and POS systems such as Micros POS will thrive in this position. A commitment to hospitality excellence and the ability to manage multiple responsibilities efficiently are essential for success.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non‑alcoholic beverages accurately and efficiently using Micros POS.
• Engage with customers professionally, providing excellent customer service to enhance their experience.
• Prepare and cook simple food items using MerryChef technology.
• Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the bar area in compliance with food safety standards.
• Manage cash handling, cashiering, and basic math calculations for accurate billing and change distribution.
• Restock bar supplies as needed and monitor inventory levels.
• Ensure responsible alcohol service by adhering to legal drinking age laws and alcohol service policies.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff for food pairing recommendations, especially during banquet or catering events.
• Handle customer inquiries promptly, addressing any concerns or special requests with professionalism.
• Assist in setting up for events such as banquets or private parties when required.
• Perform inventory tracking and run reports.

Qualifications
