Base pay range

$10.00/hr - $10.00/hr

Position Summary

The Bartender is responsible for serving all beverages, alcoholic and non-alcoholic. Must be personable, professional, and capable of working in a fast-paced environment. Excellent attendance and availability for scheduled events are required.

This role pays an hourly wage of $10.00 plus tips. Benefits include a 401(k) savings plan and matching for part-time roles. Applications are accepted on an ongoing basis; there is no deadline.

Responsibilities

• Meet company standards for guest service, co-worker interaction, and uniform standards.
• Follow pre-shift notes and bar menus to provide proper service.
• Serve alcoholic beverages following all proper procedures and regulations.
• Learn about various beer, wine, and spirits, and suggestively upsell to guests.
• Pour drinks responsibly according to standards.
• Verify guest IDs per regulations.
• Communicate cut-off times to guests as required.
• Respond to customer requests and concerns.
• De-escalate intoxicated guest situations and contact management or security when needed.
• Handle cash accurately and manage the bar's issued bank.
• Maintain a clean and sanitary work station and well-maintained equipment.
• Assist with setup and breakdown of the bar and organization of the cooler.
