Project 2231 is hiring a Bartender for Varsity Pins at The City Forum in Clarksville, TN. This part-time position (~20-25 hours per week) requires nightlife-ready service, strong guest interaction, and the ability to stand and move in a busy bar environment. You will handle cash, follow legal requirements, and contribute to a welcoming guest experience.

Training is provided. Must be 21+. Nights, weekends, and holidays are expected.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of spirits, beer, wine, standard drinks recipes, and bar equipment.
• Bartending or related hospitality experience preferred.
• Friendly, confident, and professional communication.
• Strong organization, memory, and time-management skills.
• Accurate cash-handling and basic math skills.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests and provide attentive, friendly service.
• Present beverage menus and make recommendations.
• Verify identification and legal drinking age.
• Prepare and serve beverages using standard recipes.
• Process transactions and handle cash accurately.
• Monitor responsible alcohol-service and safety.
• Restock beverages and bar supplies.
• Maintain a clean, organized bar.
• Balance the register at shifts' start and end.
• Follow safety and company standards.
