Schulte Hospitality Group is seeking a dynamic Bartender to join our team part-time for Holiday Inn Oceanside Hemingways in Virginia Beach, VA. You will craft drinks, ensure guest satisfaction, and uphold bar standards in a fast-paced setting.

Qualifications
- Thorough knowledge of alcohol serving practices and standards.
- Ability to communicate effectively verbal.
- Detail-oriented and team player.
- Experience maintaining bar inventory and cleanliness.
Responsibilities
- Sets up bar with liquor, mixers, and garnishes.
- Keeps bar and glassware clean and sanitized.
- Checks guest ages for alcohol consumption.
- Prepares drinks per standards and guest preferences.
- Presents bill and processes payment.
- Engages with guests to ensure satisfaction.
- Monitors for overconsumption and takes action.
- Locks up and secures all beverage and bar items.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
