Qualifications

• Minimum of High School education.
• Minimum of three (3) years in a bartending role.
• Certification in bartending preferred.
• Alcohol awareness certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Set up bar with required liquor, juices, and supplies.
• Ensure bar area and glassware are clean and sanitized.
• Verify guests are of legal drinking age.
• Prepare drink orders per standards and guest preferences.
• Present the bill and process payments.
• Engage with guests to ensure satisfaction.
• Monitor guests for overconsumption and take appropriate actions.
• Lock up and store beverage and equipment items, and secure deposits.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
