The Bartender is responsible for the service of all beverages, both alcoholic and non-alcoholic. They must be personable, professional, and able to work in an ever-changing fast-paced environment. The employee must maintain excellent attendance and be available to work events as scheduled per business need.

This role pays an hourly rate of $15.00-$18.00 and is tip eligible.

This position will remain open until August 15, 2025.

Responsibilities include:
  1. Demonstrate ability to meet the company standard for guest service, interaction with co-workers, and uniform standards.
  2. Follow the bar pre-shift notes and bar menus to provide service as described.
  3. Serve alcoholic beverages following all proper procedures and regulations.
  4. Learn about various beer, wine, spirits, and suggest upselling options to guests.
  5. Pour drinks responsibly according to standards.
  6. Check guest IDs to verify age compliance.
  7. Communicate cut-off times to guests as required.
  8. Respond to customer requests and concerns.
  9. De-escalate intoxicated guest situations and handle confrontational guests appropriately.
  10. Consult management when unable to resolve issues.
  11. Restock and request additional products as needed.
  12. Handle cash accurately and maintain issued bank.
  13. Keep work station clean and equipment well-maintained.
  14. Assist with setup and breakdown of the bar.
  15. Minimum of six months bartending experience required.
  16. Prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment and work flexible schedules.
  17. Possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  18. Bartending school preferred.
