Pyramid Global Hospitality is hiring for a Bartender at Cambria Hotel Pittsburgh Downtown. You will deliver prompt, courteous service to bar and lobby guests, mix drinks, handle cash, and keep the bar area clean and organized.

This position emphasizes guest interaction, safety, and a welcoming atmosphere across a growing hospitality portfolio. Compensation starts at $11–$12 per hour with benefits including health, dental, vision, and a 401K match.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Ability to carry trays and lift up to 30 pounds.
• Knowledge of local/state alcohol laws.
• Knowledge of different drink types.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to bend, twist, lift and stand for a shift.

Responsibilities

• Take, mix and serve drink orders.
• Interact with guests to create a welcoming atmosphere.
• Record sales on the register and handle cash per procedures.
• Close and side duties including cleaning, stocking, and glassware.
• Maintain a clean, organized bar area and follow hygiene standards.
• Provide high-quality service to guests at all times.

Mission Of The Role

The Bartender is responsible for prompt, courteous service to bar and lobby guests by serving food and drinks, and cleanliness of the area.

Essential Job Functions

• Take, mix and serve drink orders.
• Interact with guests and creates a welcoming atmosphere.
• Record all sales using the appropriate register and follow all cash handling procedures. Maintain cash bank, guest checks and process all guest payments according to established procedures.
• Completes open, close and side duties including: cleaning tables, stocking supplies, wash and stock glassware, and assist in maintaining the cleanliness of the bar area.
• Maintain a clean and organized bar area. Follow all safety and hygiene standards.
• Provide the highest quality of service to guests at all times.
• Performs all other duties as deemed necessary by management.
