Job summary

Miraval Berkshires in Lenox, MA is hiring a bartender to join the Food & Beverage team. You will prepare drinks for bar guests and dining room servers, make coffee drinks and smoothies, hand out snacks, and assist guests while keeping the bar area neat.

The position offers a pay range of $20-$25/hour and a chance to be part of a world-class resort under the Hyatt umbrella with flexible scheduling and inclusive culture.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 6 months of bartending experience.
• Ability to work extended hours on your feet.
• Interpersonal skills for genuine, fluid communication with guests and staff.
• Availability must include weekends.
• Ability to carry up to 25lbs at one time.

Responsibilities

• Bartenders create drinks for guests at the bar and for dining room servers.
• Assist with coffee drinks, smoothies, snacks, and guide guests around the facility.
• Maintain a tidy bar and seating area throughout shifts.

Miraval Bartenders are an essential member of the Food & Beverage department. They are often the first members of the F&B department that our guests will meet. By that virtue, they set the tone for the service and culinary experience that our guests will receive. Bartenders make drinks for guests that sit at the bar and for the servers in the dining room. Bartenders will also make coffee drinks, blend smoothies, hand out snacks, offer directions and answer questions for our guests, while keeping the bar and seating area tidy at all times.

The pay range for this position is an hourly rate of $20-$25/hour.
