Job summary

Miraval Berkshires Resort and Spa is seeking a friendly Barista to provide exemplary guest service in the heart of our wellness resort. You will craft custom beverages and snacks, greet guests warmly, and build meaningful connections throughout shifts.

This role supports a fast-paced, guest-focused environment with weekends required, flexible scheduling, and opportunities to enjoy the resort's fitness and wellbeing benefits.

Qualifications

• Weekend shifts are required.
• Desire to satisfy guests in a fast-paced environment.
• Refined verbal communication skills.
• Ability to stand for long periods.
• Ability to lift, pull and push up to 25 pounds.
• Flexible schedule including weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Provide exemplary service as Barista and Food & Beverage ambassador.
• Prepare and customize beverages and snacks for guests.

The hourly rate for this position is $20.00/hour
