Job Description
The Bartender is responsible for providing superior service to both internal and external customers at Belterra Casino Resort. This includes serving beverages, maintaining a clean environment, and ensuring excellent customer relations.

• Provide exceptional customer service, effectively interacting with guests and colleagues, and handling difficult situations professionally.
• Maintain organization of company funds and equipment.
• Pour drinks according to recipes and keep the work area clean and safe.
• Demonstrate product offerings and proper ordering procedures.
• Monitor supply levels at the bar.
• Report any issues impacting operations to the supervisor.
• Manage the security and accuracy of assigned bank and handle overages or shortages responsibly.
• Open and close the bar following established procedures.
• Supervise and direct bar attendants as assigned.

Qualifications
Candidates should have knowledge of mixing a variety of drinks, excellent customer service skills, familiarity with bar equipment, and the ability to supervise cocktail servers. Must obtain and maintain necessary licenses, including an Indiana ABC Liquor License. Prior bartending experience and being at least 21 years old are required.

The role typically requires completing an accredited bartending course or having two years of high-volume cocktail service experience, preferably in a hotel or casino setting.
