Job summary

Park Hyatt Beaver Creek Resort and Spa is seeking a bartender to deliver exceptional beverage service in a luxurious setting at the base of Beaver Creek Mountain, CO. The role emphasizes hospitality, mixture of classic and creative cocktails, and guest engagement.

Shifts begin at 10:00am or 3:00pm, with an hourly rate of $12.14 plus tips. Training and development are highlighted, with emphasis on meeting state guidelines and maintaining a high standard of service.

Qualifications

• Must have prior bartending experience
• Refined verbal communication skills
• Liquor/Beer Handling Certification
• Must have physical stamina to lift moderate weight
• Must be able to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays (AM and PM shifts)

Our ski-in/ski-out location in the heart of Beaver Creek Village is adjacent to the ski school and home to skiing, snowmobiling, snowshoeing and more in winter. The summer brings activities including fly fishing, river rafting and scenic hiking trails – all just outside our doorstep. Bartenders are responsible for providing libations and offering customized recommendations. The right person should be familiar with the latest in mixology, bar equipment, and sanitation standards, with a focus on maintaining an attractive bar. This position offers opportunity for casual conversation, creativity and allows for building on ones style and previous bartending experiences. Preferred candidates will have understanding of state and local serving guidelines.

Must be available to work to AM or PM shifts. Shift times will start at 10:00am or 3:00pm.

The hourly rate is $12.14/hour plus tips. Actual pay will be commensurate with experience.
