Trailborn Jackson Hole in Jackson, WY is seeking a Bartender to join our team. You will craft beverages, greet guests, and provide friendly, attentive service to every guest, helping shape memorable experiences through hospitality.

This full-time, on-site position offers a $15/hour base plus tips, with flexible schedules and benefits including medical, dental, vision, and 401(k). Prior bartender/server experience and strong communication, plus cash handling via Toast, are preferred.

Qualifications

• Previous bartender and server experience in a fast-paced setting with emphasis on cleanliness and efficiency.
• Strong time management to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with customers and team members.
• Knowledge of cash handling and basic retail math for inventory and payments.
• Proficiency with Toast systems for transactions.

ABOUT OUR ROLE

ESSENTIAL

FUNCTIONS

• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages with consistency and accuracy
• Greet guests warmly and engage in a friendly, professional manner

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple responsibilities
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with customers and team members
• Knowledge of retail math for cash handling and inventory management
• Proficiency in using Toast systems for transactions
• Basic math skills for accurate cash handling and inventory tracking tools

REQUIREMENTS

• Move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing less than or equal to 30 pounds without assistance
• Requires grasping, writing, standing, sitting, walking, repetitive motions, bending, climbing, listening and hearing ability and visual acuity
• Stand, sit, or walk for an extended period of time or for an entire work shift
