Job summary

Sodexo is seeking a Bartender Non-Tipped for the Lufthansa Airlines Lounge at IAD. This role offers full- or part-time hours with flexible shifts and a focus on delivering exceptional guest service in a premium lounge environment.

You will mix and serve drinks, interact with guests and servers, and maintain a clean, well-equipped bar to ensure smooth service during your shift.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED or equivalent experience.
• 0–1 year of relevant experience.
• Preferred ability to prep a wide range of beverage recipes and mix drinks correctly.
• Must have the minimum age to serve alcohol per local/state regulations.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests, mix and serve drinks with/without alcohol and create drinks with proper garnishes.
• Keep the bar area stocked with necessary tools and supplies.
• Record opening counts and place inventory orders to restock.
• Be friendly, diplomatic and attentive to guests.
• Much walking or movement around the bar.
• Stand or walk for long shifts, often exceeding 8 hours.
• Lift up to 35 lbs, occasionally 50 lbs.
• Perform repetitive motions as required.
• Arrive on time for scheduled shifts; reliable.

Pay Range: $24.50 - $24.50

• Capacidad de alcanzar, doblarse, agacharse, empujar y/o halar, y con frecuencia levantar hasta 35 libras y ocasionalmente levantar/mover 50 libras.
• Debe ser capaz de realizar movimientos repetitivos.
• Asiste a trabajar y se presenta para el turno programado a tiempo, con la regularidad suficiente.

Usted trae:
