Job summary

Sodexo at Lehigh University is seeking a Part-time Bartender Non-Tipped. You will greet patrons, mix and serve drinks, and collaborate with the service team to ensure fast, friendly service.

The role requires 0–1 year of relevant experience, a high school diploma or GED, and compliance with local alcohol service laws. Benefits include flexible scheduling, training opportunities, and a comprehensive benefits package where applicable.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED or equivalent experience.
• 0–1 year of relevant experience.
• Ability to prepare a wide range of beverage recipes and mix drinks correctly.
• Must meet minimum age to serve alcohol.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests, mix and serve cocktails with/without alcohol, and craft recipe garnishes.
• Keep bar area stocked with necessary tools and ingredients.
• Prepare accurate counts and place inventory/purchase orders as needed.
• Be cordial, diplomatic and attentive with customers.
• Walk significant distances or move around bar as required.
• Walk or stand for long periods during a shift.
• Reach, bend, stoop, push/pull; lift up to 35 lbs, occasionally 50 lbs.
• Perform repetitive motions as part of service.
• Arrive on time and ready for scheduled shifts.
• Other duties may be assigned by client or account.

Pay Range: $20 per hour - $20 per hour
