Job summary

Sodexo is hiring a Bartender Non-Tipped at the AIRPORT DIMENSIONS-SAPPHIRE LOUNGE BY THE CLUB. The role requires serving beverages quickly, collaborating with servers, and maintaining a clean, well-equipped bar area.

The position offers full-time hours with varying shifts, flexible scheduling, and a comprehensive benefits package. Prior experience is preferred but not required, and the ability to stand long shifts is essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED or equivalent experience.
• 0–1 year of relevant experience.
• Ability to prepare a wide range of beverage recipes and mix drinks correctly.
• Minimum age to serve alcohol per local/state regulations.

Responsibilities

• Receive guests, mix and serve drinks with and without alcohol and create recipes with proper garnishes.
• Ensure bar area is stocked with necessary tools and products.
• Prepare accurate opening counts and issue inventory or purchase requests as needed to replenish supplies.
• Be cordial, diplomatic, and attentive with guests.
• Significant walking around the bar area.
• Ability to stand for long periods, potentially exceeding 8 hours per shift.
• Ability to reach, bend, crouch, push and/or pull, and frequently lift up to 35 pounds and occasionally move 50 pounds.
• Ability to perform repetitive motions.
• Attend work and show up to scheduled shift on time.
• Other tasks may be assigned and vary by account/client needs.
