Job summary

Sodexo at Neal S. Blaisdell Center in Honolulu seeks a Bartender Non-Tipped to provide exceptional customer service, mix cocktails, and serve drinks quickly with accuracy.

You will work in a fast-paced environment, collaborating with servers to ensure smooth service and guest satisfaction. This part-time role requires a HS diploma or GED, 0–1 year of relevant experience, and the ability to meet local alcohol service age requirements.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED or equivalent experience.
• 0–1 year of relevant experience preferred.
• Must meet local and state age requirements to serve alcohol.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers, mix and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks with proper garnish.
• Ensure bar area is stocked and ready with tools and supplies.
• Prepare accurate opening counts and place inventory orders as needed.

Pay Range: $16 per hour - $16 per hour

Qué hará:

Como Bartender Non-Tipped en Sodexo, proporcionará un excepcional servicio al cliente, y mezclará y servirá tragos a los patrones, directamente o a través de los meseros, de forma rápida y sin desperdicios. • Una cantidad significativa de caminar o circular por otros medios.
• Capacidad para caminar o permanecer de pie durante largos períodos de tiempo, a lo largo de toda la duración de un turno, que puede exceder las 8 horas.
• Capacidad de alcanzar, doblarse, agacharse, empujar y/o halar, y con frecuencia levantar hasta 35 libras y ocasionalmente levantar/mover 50 libras.
• Debe ser capaz de realizar movimientos repetitivos.
• Asiste a trabajar y se presenta para el turno programado a tiempo, con la regularidad suficiente.
• Se pueden asignar otras tareas y pueden variar entre las cuentas, dependiendo de las necesidades del negocio y los requisitos del cliente.

Usted trae:

• Diploma de educación secundaria (high school), diploma de educación general (General Education Diploma, GED) o experiencia equivalente.
• De 0 a 1 año de experiencia relevante.
• Se prefiere la capacidad de preparar una amplia gama de recetas de bebidas y mezclar las bebidas correctamente.
