Job summary

Sodexo is seeking an Airport Lounge Bartender to provide exceptional customer service and craft drinks at the Airport Dimensions-Sapphire Lounge by the Club in Philadelphia. The role requires 0–1 year of relevant experience, a high school diploma or GED, and the ability to mix drinks efficiently while working with hosts and other staff.

The position is full-time and on-site, with a range of benefits and opportunities for advancement.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED or equivalent experience.
• 0–1 year of relevant experience.
• Ability to mix a wide range of beverages and mix drinks correctly.
• Must meet minimum age to serve alcohol per local/state laws.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests, mix and serve drinks with and without alcohol, and create drink recipes with appropriate garnishes.
• Ensure bar area is fully stocked with tools and products to mix drinks and serve guests.
• Prepare accurate opening counts and issue inventory or purchase orders as needed to replenish supplies.
• Bartenders should be cordial, diplomatic and attentive with guests.
• A significant amount of walking or roaming.
• Ability to walk or stand for long periods, potentially exceeding 8 hours.
• Ability to reach, bend, stoop, push and/or pull, and frequently lift up to 35 pounds and occasionally lift/move 50 pounds.
• Able to perform repetitive movements.
• Attends work and reports to scheduled shift on time with sufficient regularity.
• Other tasks may be assigned and may vary by account depending on business needs and client requirements.
