Job summary

Sodexo is hiring a Bartender at the American Airlines Admirals Club, Atlanta. This part-time position covers afternoons and evenings with some weekends/holidays. You will greet guests, craft drinks, and maintain a welcoming bar area in a fast-paced setting at 6000 N TERMINAL PKWY, ATLANTA, GA 30320.

You should have a High School diploma (or GED) and 0–1 year of related experience. The role requires adherence to alcohol service regulations and the ability to lift up to 50 pounds as needed.

• Must be at least the minimum age to serve alcohol.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests, mix and serve alcoholic/non-alcoholic drinks, and create drink recipes with garnishes.
• Ensure bar area is stocked and equipped with tools for beverage service.
• Prepare accurate counts and issue inventory or purchase requisitions to replenish supplies.
• Be friendly, tactful, and attentive when engaging with customers.
• Walk or stand for extended periods and handle light to moderate lifting (up to 50 lbs).
• Attend scheduled shifts reliably and on time.

More details will be provided during the interview process. Employment Type: Part-time Pay Range: $17.65 per hour - $17.65 per hour

What You’ll Do:

• Greets guests, mixes and serves alcoholic/non-alcoholic drinks, and creates drink recipes with appropriate garnishes.


• Ensure that the assigned bar area is fully equipped with tools and products needed for mixing beverages and serving guests.


• Prepare accurate beginning counts and issue inventory or purchase requisitions as needed to replenish supplies.


• Bartenders should be friendly, tactful and attentive when working with customers.


• Significant walking or other means of mobility.


• Ability to walk or stand for extended periods of time, throughout the entire duration of a shift, which may exceed 8 hours.


• Ability to reach, bend, stoop, push and/or pull, and frequently lift up to 35 pounds and occasionally lift/move 50 pounds.


• Must be able to perform repetitive movements.


• Attends work and shows for scheduled shift on time with satisfactory regularity.

Other duties may be assigned and can differ among accounts, depending on business necessities and client requirements.

What You Bring:

• High School diploma, GED, or equivalent experience.


• 0 to 1 year related experience.


• Ability to make a wide range of drink recipes and be able to mix drinks correctly is preferred.


• Must be at or over the minimum age to serve alcohol or bartend based on local city and state regulations.
