This position can be filled throughout the Business Recreation Division at Fort Gregg-Adams: The Gregg-Adams Club, TenStrike Bowling Center, Cardinal Golf Club, HideAway.

Duties:
- Sets up bars for operation, obtains cash bank and stocks service bar. Keeps bar and work area clean and sanitary.
- Prepares a limited variety of simple alcoholic beverages as requested by patrons and wait staff. Records sales and makes change or prepares charge slips.
- Assures an adequate stock level is maintained, sets up storeroom and work area to permit easy access to stock items.
- Identifies persons who become unruly or who appear intoxicated, resolves the problem or seeks assistance in accordance with established procedures.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
Requirements:- Direct Deposit and Social Security Card is required.
- Meet qualification/eligibility/background requirements for this position.
- Satisfactorily complete an employment verification (E-Verify) check.
- Subject to satisfactory completion of background checks in accordance with AR 215-3, to include a National Agency Check with Inquires (NACI).
- Must be able to work during the hours of operation to include nights and weekends.
- Successful completion of a pre-employment physical is required for this position. Must be able to stand for prolonged periods. Must be able to regularly lift and carry items weighing up to 20 pounds.
- The dual compensation guidelines DO NOT apply to this position. All GS and NAF employees whether fulltime or part time are eligible to apply for this position.
- Satisfactory completion of a minimum of 4 hours initial food sanitation and safety training is required within 30 days of employment and a minimum of 4 hours refresher training annually.
- Meet state/local age requirements (18) for the serving of alcoholic at the time of appointment.
