We are looking for Bartenders to join our team at My Neighbor Felix in Colorado Springs! If you are looking to join a fun and dynamic team in a lively restaurant and bar environment, we’d love to hear from you!

Hourly pay: $11.79 + gratuities (tips)

Key Responsibilities :

Prepare and Serve Drinks : Mix, garnish, and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to recipes or customer preferences.

Customer Interaction : Provide excellent customer service, engaging with guests in a friendly and professional manner. Take orders, recommend drinks, and address customer concerns in a timely fashion.

Maintain Bar Area : Ensure the bar area is clean, organized, and stocked with necessary supplies.

Monitor Alcohol Consumption : Observe customers for signs of intoxication and handle situations appropriately in accordance with legal and company policies.

Handle Transactions : Process customer payments, provide change, and manage the cash register with accuracy.

Collaborate with Team : Work closely with other bartenders, servers, and kitchen staff to ensure smooth operations.

Keep Inventory : Monitor and restock bar inventory, including liquor, mixers, garnishes, and supplies.

Ensure Compliance : Follow all safety, health, and alcohol service regulations.

Qualifications:

Previous bartending experience is a must.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure.

Familiarity with cocktail recipes and drink preparation techniques.

Must be able to stand for long periods and lift up to 25 lbs as necessary.
