The Firebrand Hotel Restaurant, Spirits in Whitefish, Montana, is seeking a Bartender to join the Food & Beverage Team. The position offers $15 hourly plus tips, with part- and full-time opportunities in a premier resort town.

Ideal candidates will have TIPS certification, strong knowledge of cocktails, wine, beer, and a focus on guest experience. Flexible schedule includes evenings, weekends, and holidays during peak seasons.

Qualifications

• POS system competency required for guest checks and payments.
• Proficiency with Aloha POS and OpenTable for reservations and seating.
• Ability to memorize cocktail ingredients and ensure consistency across drinks.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a professional image and deliver exceptional guest service.
• Handle payments for food and beverage services following company cash procedures.
• Provide product knowledge and guide guests in selecting drinks and menu items.
• Take drink orders at guest greeting, deliver beverages, and upsell appetizers.
• Follow sanitation and storage procedures to keep the bar clean and compliant.
