White Lodging is seeking an experienced bartender to join our hotel bar team. You will craft cocktails, deliver exceptional guest experiences, and thrive in a high-energy, upscale bar environment across top U.S. cities.

We value hospitality, strong guest connection, and a passion for service. You will contribute to a welcoming atmosphere, maintain quality and safety standards, and support our dynamic hotel bars with expertise in cocktails, wine, and beer while growing within a premium

Qualifications

• Outgoing, social personality and passion for hospitality.
• Sharp attention to detail from presentation to guest satisfaction.
• Positive, can-do attitude and teamwork focus.
• Previous bartending experience preferred; hotel/rooftop bar backgrounds are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality bar service and build connections with guests.
• Maintain a clean, organized bar station and follow health standards.
• Show knowledge of cocktails, beer, wine, and garnishes; answer guest questions confidently.
• Ensure consistent food and beverage quality and presentation.
• Process payments and complete end-of-shift reconciliation.
• Promote teamwork and a safe, positive work environment.
• Monitor responsible service and liquor laws; comply with overservice rules.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
