Job summary

Westminster Communities of Florida is seeking a full-time Bartender at Westminster St. Augustine, a Life Care Retirement Community, located in the heart of World Golf Village, Saint Augustine. You will engage guests, prepare and serve drinks, and maintain inventory with a focus on service excellence.

The position requires 3-5 years bartending experience, strong knowledge of wine service, and a commitment to quality guest experiences. EOE, DFWP, with opportunities for growth and employee benefits.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; some college preferred.
• 3-5 years working bartender experience.
• Excellent knowledge of opening bottled wine, pouring, mixing, garnishing and serving drinks.

Responsibilities

• Slice and prepares fruit garnishes for drinks.
• Knows lounge menus and can discuss options with guests.
• Keeps a well-stocked bar with liquor, beer, wine, mixers, ice, napkins, straws, glassware, and supplies.
• Takes beverage orders from guests or servers and serves with attention to detail.
• Delivers checks and collects payments per restaurant standards.
