East West Hospitality’s Lookout Bar in Avon, CO is seeking experienced bartenders to join a fast-paced, guest-focused team. This on-site role offers $15.16 per hour plus tips and opportunities to showcase beverage knowledge and personality.

Shifts typically start in the afternoon and include closing hours; applicants must be 21+, legally authorized to work in the U.S., and able to stand for long periods. Perks include discounts and career development opportunities.

Qualifications

• Legally authorized to work in the United States on an ongoing basis.
• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Bartending experience.
• Able to stand and walk for up to 8 hours.

Responsibilities

• Prepare cocktails and other beverages with speed, precision, consistency, and attention to presentation.
• Engage guests with confident, attentive hospitality from first pour through last call.
• Know the menu inside and out and make informed recommendations based on guest preferences.
• Execute batching, ingredient prep, and restocking to keep the bar ready for high-volume service.
• Maintain a clean, organized, fully stocked bar throughout the shift.
• Balance speed and accuracy while managing multiple guest needs in a fast-moving environment.
• Work closely with the team to keep service seamless, energetic, and guest-focused.

Duties Include

Pay Rate: $15.16 / hour + tips

Employment Type: Full-Time and Part Time, Seasonal & Year-Round

Schedule: 1pm-Closing
